The October 2018 issue of the quarterly newsletter, Scene@CMM is out. The highlight of this issue features the successfully concluded 2018 Summer Programme in Brussels and Jakarta. This summer programme, the second in a series of three, was one of the key activities organised under the Jean Monnet Network funding. This year, the programme focused on the challenges to multilateralism in Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and EU.
