The European Studies Programme will take place from 5th June 2017 to 30th July 2017 in the European cities of Munich, Prague and Vienna, under the patronage of the Center for Applied Policy Research (CAP) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). CAP is organizing this programme with the cooperation of the International Relations Department of Webster University Vienna.
This summer programme provides students with an introduction to European politics and addresses various aspects of European affairs such as economic integration, European cooperation on justice and home affairs as well as European foreign and security policy. A particular emphasis of the program is on the relations between Europe and South East Asia and on a comparative analysis of regional integration in the EU and ASEAN. The course will involve lectures, round-table discussions, group-work and student presentations along with excursions to meet politicians as well as professionals.
Tuition for this programme is €1,600 – accommodation, tuition and registration fees are all included in this cost. The deadline for applications for this summer programme is 1st March 2017.
